FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients

2 potatoes

Oil for frying

Method

1. Peel the potatoes with the peeler

2. Cut the potatoes long like fingers
3. And now the trick :P, soak them in ice cold water for an hour
4. Drain the water properly, fry them in excess oil, in a heavy crust pan.
(Note: the oil should hot enough, put them on higher flame first and then after a minute, lower down the flame. Moreover, do not put all potatoes at once. Fry them in small quantity that will give you the best result)
